Here’s How It Works
Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. EDT, we meet on Zoom.
First Practice Circle: Tuesday, September 15, 2026*
1:00 - 2:00 p.m. EDT
Optional community/Q&A time: 2:00–2:30 p.m. ET
Total time: 60 -90 minutes
*Practice Circles are stand alone - if you miss one, you can always jump into the next one.
Each week:
I’ll share a brief teaching and practice to help you connect with your inner guidance
Lead a grounding meditation to root us in
Then I’ll guide us to questions on that days’ theme, as you learn to listen for your own guidance
We’ll have space and time to listen for and receive your own guidance
There’ll be optional sharing to learn from each others’ wisdom
This is a grounded, joyful and supportive space to connect with your wisdom.
We wrap up at 2:00 p.m. ET, with an optional ½ hour from 2:00 – 2:30 for questions and community interaction.
What I know, is that it’s infinitely easier to strengthen your Intuition in Community, than by yourself.
