A Morning Meditation Re-set to support a consistent practice with the help of Spring Sunrise energy & community.
Even when we know a consistent meditation practice is a powerful way to shift our thoughts & open our hearts….sometimes Life gets in the way.
Like so many things, having a community structure & consistency makes all the difference.
Not a guided session—but a quiet, supportive space to build or deepen your meditation practice.
We’ll meet each morning during the “dawn stillness hour” from 5:30 - 6:00 a.m., online, to gather in silence - each doing our own practice… together.
Think: being on meditation retreat where we all meditate in pre-sunrise silence together, except we’re home.
Join the Zoom room anytime between 5:30 a.m.–6:00 a.m., settle in, and meditate silently alongside others.
This is great way to help you create a new practice or to strengthen an existing one - the supportive morning space helps you anchor consistency and connection to your soul before the day begins.

If you don’t have a meditation practice or you’re not sure where to start, I’ll send a guided audio meditation you can use when you sign-up along with some helpful tips.
Otherwise: You do you! Come and practice (audio off) in the way that is best for you.
Just show up and let consistency do the work of creating a new healthy pattern.
We begin Monday, March 30—a supportive day to lay strong foundations, honoring that real change is built steadily with patience and intention.
We’ll sit with the increasingly earlier rising Sun, ending on April 19 when the sunrise occurs minutes after the 6:00 am hour.
