This is pure Rhythmic Play at it’s best! We’ll tune into the energy of the day and of the group and see what emerges when we each play our part from our hearts. Absolutely no experience is needed. Playing in this way helps us attune our ability to listen deeply to ourselves, to others and to the unseen world.
